Asif also established the Falcon Ireland Fund, a tax-efficient investment fund based out of Dublin, Ireland, with a global mandate. The fund seeks to attract international investors looking for geopolitical diversification, further expanding Asif's reach into global financial markets.
In Asif's private portfolio of holdings is a full-service asset management company registered and regulated in Canada. This firm offers investment Fund Management, Portfolio Management, Advisory, and Investment Dealer services across Canada, managing assets for institutional and high-net-worth clients, and offering investment services to 250,000-member unionized workforce. Additionally, Asif and his family own a full-service fund administration business with a 26-year history in Canada, making it one of the oldest such entities in the country with strategic alliances with leading Canadian banks as custody partners.
Asif also serves as a Director and stakeholder in Union Digital, one of the fastest-growing companies in North America, which services hundreds of thousands of members of the unionized labor force.

He also structured a real estate company IPO valued at $500 million.
Previously, Asif was the founder and CEO of a full-service asset management firm in Canada, which raised over $350 million in the Canadian marketplace and invested in over 60 private and public companies. Before this, he was a Senior Vice President and founding partner at StrategicNova Funds Management, where he helped grow assets from $5 million to $4.2 billion, and Vice President of Middle East Markets at Goodman & Company Investment Counsel.
Asif is a pioneer of Shariah Compliant investing in Canada, launching the first publicly available Shariah Compliant investment fund in 1998. He continues to advise on Shariah Compliant structures and transactions and is currently an advisory board member of BMG Group and a strategic shareholder in numerous private companies.

Mr. Jong started his career at RBC Dominion Securities (the investment dealer arm of the RBC Royal Bank of Canada) in 1987, and shortly thereafter joined Altamira Management Inc. (one of the investment arms of Manulife Financial) in 1992. Eventually, Mr. Jong directly managed over $4.5 billion in both institutional (pension funds, endowment funds, and immunization of insurance portfolios) and retail fixed income mandates (mutual funds and insurance seg funds) and was part of a team of managers who managed approximately $20 billion in fixed income assets. In addition to managing bonds, Mr. Jong headed the currency group at Altamira, and headed the bond repo departments for both Altamira and Manulife.
During his tenure at Altamira from 1992 to 2003, Mr. Jong received numerous industry performance awards; the API Performance Achievement Award, and the COMSTAT Performance Achievement Award for specialty mandates under his direct management for multiple time periods. After his departure from Altamira, Mr. Jong had co-founded a boutique asset management firm, Majorica Asset Management, and through changes in ownership, Mr. Jong remained as co-Founder and principal managing partner, directing an investment team, and managing all the operations of the corporation.

In addition, Mr. Jong brings to Falcon his strong global relationships to his role as President, that he has fostered over three decades in the industry.
Mr. Zaigham Shah, a seasoned finance professional, brings two decades of international expertise to the role of Board Advisor for Strategy and Business Development. He excels in Fund Management and Business Development, handling diverse portfolios, including Public Listed Mutual Funds, Pension Funds, Corporates, and UHNW Portfolios across major asset classes and strategies. Zaigham has held pivotal roles in North America, Europe, and the Gulf, gaining a well-rounded global perspective.
Peter has over 25 years of experience in the capital markets industry focusing mainly on stock exchanges and public companies. He was with the Toronto Stock Exchange for over 10 years in successive management positions and then moved to the Ontario Securities Commission where he was the internal editor of OSC publications.
Ajay is the AGM Asset Management at Qatar National Bank. He has 23 years of experience in asset management, investment banking and research in the emerging markets. Having joined QNB in 2005, he established the asset management, brokerage and custody business. He has served as advisor/member on various advisory councils and submitted papers on Securitization, market reforms, common currency, risks on liquidity flows. Ajay is a qualified CFA, FRM and a CAIA.
Dr. Aljazy is the Managing Partner of Aljazy & Co. (Advocates & Legal Consultants) which is a leading Jordanian law firm. He is an International Business Lawyer and has extensive experience in corporate transactions and arbitration law, as well as international transactions including but not limited to; hotels developments; intellectual property; construction disputes; energy, shipping and maritime issues; competition and antitrust matters.
Mohammad Kamran Wajid was appointed as the Head of Wholesale Banking at Emirates Islamic Bank PJSC in 2019. In this role, Mr. Wajid leads Emirates Islamic’s corporate banking, treasury, financial institutions, syndications and structured finance and transaction banking businesses.
